PSTSync
PSTSync for Outlook is a tool to synchronize data among personal folders. Just choose either single or multiple folders/ sub folders to synchronize. No need to take the PST files on backup media. If the selected folder does not exist in the target PST file, the entire folder is copied, otherwise, the source and target files are compared and the entries are synchronized based on creation time and/or subject. PSTSync can synchronize personal folder residing on same machine or different machine on the network or laptop.
